Follow the recipe for gooey, chocolatey brownies that are dairy free! These brownies are easy, delicious and perfect dessert that never disappoints! With minimal dishes and clean up, these can be made in less than an hour including cooking time.
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
¼ teaspoon baking powder
⅓ cup cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup flour
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Mix together the vegetable oil and the sugar. Add in the vanilla and mix until well combined. Add in one eggs and mix fully until fully incorporated. Add in second egg and mix. In a separate bowl, mix together baking powder, cocoa powder, salt and flour. Once all dry ingredients are fully combined, slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the egg mixture. Add in the chocolate chips so that they are evenly distributed within the batter.
